QIC Training ang Development was founded in July 2013 by company Director Ash Cavigan
Ash Cavigan
Ash poured his first beer in his parent's pub in country Victoria way back in 1993, pretty sure it was a 200ml glass of Carlton Draught! Since then, he has forged a great career in hospitality working in and managing venues for large companies and private owners in both Australia and the UK.
Over the journey Ash has also been fortunate enough to own and operate his own hospitality businesses including pubs, bars, a nightclub, a café, a restaurant and a food van. More recently, Ash has been delivering hospitality programs in schools who specialise in educating kids who have been disengaged from mainstream education. Ash is passionate about training and mentoring young people and helping them build their confidence to work in the hospitality industry he loves.
